Not really too smart, apparently missy has a "accident chaser" for a lawyer.
1. According to DT's lawyer, DT never paid her 130K DT's lawyer paid.
2. To my knowledge, a non-disclosure agreement is a one signature affair.
regardless, SHE signed it.
3. She took money from a 3rd party, it smells like extortion.
4. To late, she has already talked.

Let me get this straight: she had a one night fling with Trump over a decade ago, so she claims, and took money 11 days before the election to keep her yap shut about it, has been doing nothing but yapping about it ever since, and now wants to give the money back so she can get out of the agreement to shut her yap about it, and yap about it even more. Isn't that about it?
Note to Trump: take the money, give it back to your lawyer. She's gonna blab everything eventually anyway, agreement or no. She's a porn star with absolutely no sense of shame on reneging on her promise not to "kiss and tell". Kiss and tell, or rather "eff and show and tell", is how she makes her living. She's banking on that being much more profitable than $130,000, and so is her lawyer. Take the money and run.

Trump didn't give her any money, the lawyer did, and the lawyer says Trump didn't pay him to do it. Unfortunately, she's been babbling.

Regardless if this story is true, someone is bankrolling this and it ain't her.
