Happy Constitution Day (9-17-1787)

And the Constitution would not have been unanimously accepted without the Bill of Rights limiting the powers of the government over individuals!

And the backbone of that compact ensuring individual Liberty and Freedom from ANY oppressor -

Amendment II - "...the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

No limit, no expiration...NO encroachment!

And let me be clear on our Founders clear and undeniable intent - they never intended a government to succeed in curtailing individual Liberty, they codified all 10 Amendments (The original Bill of Rights) to gain unanimous consent of all 13 states, they knew these rights are bestowed by the Creator and are inalienable rights whose abrogation by ANY person or governing body is implicitly illegitimate and any attempt to exercise such alien acts warrants immediate resistance by the people up to and including lethal action.

This needs to be understood by all patriots and it needs to be pointed out with passionate emphasis to any would-be oppressor!

We are now where The Founders were when they faced despotism.
