To a Blue-Heeler, that girl is his herd and his job.

My sons dog is part blue heeler and part short haired border collie. He acts like a blue heeler.
Strangest breed I have ever encountered. Very high energy. I have lived with Shelties before and they herd but they are like blue heelers on downers.  The intense stare in the linked photo is apt.
