FL "Red Flag" Law will set a precedent one way or another

Broward having too much fun with this.  They will go too fat, if they haven't already.  This will either be a slippery slope leading to more unchecked government power...or it gets challenged all the way to SCOTUS and shot down.

I'm not holding my breath to find out.

In the end it doesn't matter.  Stay off social media, have boating accidents...yadda yadda yadda...
