Last Living 'Wizard of Oz' Munchkin Jerry Maren Dead at 98.    Was 18 when he appeared in the Wizard of Oz.   Was an actor nearly 90 years!!!

Did he ever move on to any, uhm . . . bigger roles??

Wow, I would never have guessed anybody from that cast was even alive.  Dementia sucks, I had a Grandma suffer from that for the last decade or so of her life, it's hard on the relatives, really hard.  My father was her only regular visitor and he took a beating because he looked so much like his father whom she despised...I guess for being a good guy, but my father thought it was important to be there and he did it.

Little fella had a long run, RIP Jerry.
