Dogs are more trainable...but cats are much closer to their feral instincts over the eons....





A feline protective of its turf is a force not easily broken.

And human pals are meant to help them.



My guy will be 12 next month...he still likes to ambush me and jump on the back of my leg and give me a nibble.  Or attack my foot when I am most relaxed and unprepared.  I normally don't get too annoyed...I admire his skill and instinct.
