I am not optimistic, I slipped out of neutral and am trying to brake and down-shift before reaching the edge of the cliff...but the momentum is not favorable...

I do not trust SCOTUS as far as I can throw them...outside of Thomas, one is too new to know and the others lack consistency and are therefor suspect with regards to being able to understand the Republic ends with the steal sealed.

Pretty sure I am hoping off before the plunge over the edge...

Maybe a tow truck appears and pulls the vehicle back up the hill...maybe not...

Sekelow & crew were pretty upbeat last nite. If SCOTUS rules for Texas and tells the states to select the electors and there's a problem and neither one gets to 270 it goes to the house and Trump wins. Lots of if's

If a frog had wings...he wouldn't bump his ass when he hops...

Speaking of frogs...those boiling ones at SCOTUS get off their ass yet?

The seventeen states include Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia.

https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2020/12/09/17-states-file-amicus-brief-with-supreme-court-in-support-of-texas-election-lawsuit/

FYI - Note for future reference...the only states interested in the Republic as founded...everything else appears to be enemy occupied territory.

ETA - Yes, I am behind enemy lines...as Chesty Puller would say, I have them right where I want them!

In other news...

I find this interesting -

https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-asks-cruz-to-argue-texas-election-lawsuit-in-front-of-supreme-court

Not often a sitting Senator or Rep argues before SCOTUS.  But, the main question is how the court will act...if it all.

See this?

Joking or not...WGAFF?

Pennsylvania state legislature just signaled its intent to join the Texas court case....against Pennsylvania.

Could 2020 get any weirder? (Don't take that as a challenge!)

They didn't even comment on what Texas was suing for.  Just the strawman of Texas trying to demand states do it their way.

Oh Texas has no standing to sue another state -- when it changes the outcome of an election.

Yeah, glad we got that last appointee in, they all came through...for dissolving the Constitution....or in their terminology, the Constitution is "moot", and yes...they put their seal on it!  Obviously these robed assassins do not know jack squat about Article 3 because if they did they would realize they violated equality and state interest in a national election where one party can manufacture votes out of their ass and invalidate other peoples lawful votes and not just that but also DENYING any investigatory actions in the courts they so proudly lord over...so they just murdered the Republic...and think they can sleep soundly into countless nights unmolested?!  Wait till they get their ranks packed with more despotic communists, they'll be powerless to stop a sprint to enslave every man woman and child dwelling in these damned lands...they will be powerless to stop communists from abolishing the electoral college...because The Big Steal proved it dead by other means...let them pontificate against peaceful partition!  For without secession there WILL be aggression.  I'm glad I do not have to concern myself with having my franchise raped any more, I'm glad I do not have to recognize the authority of a government that violated itself and embraced despotism and elevated immorality and criminality as a lawful means to a political end.

Come January 20th I will have a new banner.
