The way I read it the CEO was to give his deposition first...had it rescheduled...then Musk rescheduled his...telling me he wants the CEO to go first...

And with Musk now saying, yeah, let's go forward with the original offer...he's calling Twitter's hand...
Musk seems a savvy poker player to me...
See, this case would have to address claims and counter-claims...and I don't think Twitter has as strong case on Musk than Musk has on Twitter...
I could be off, maybe both are weak or whatever...just my senses talking...we'll see what Twitter does...if they think they have an advantage they'll reject it, right? It's also kind of a no-lose for Musk too because even if Twitter case is sorta solid, I bet their counsel urges agreement as being the safer option...if it is rejected we see what the depositions reveal and that will have a large say in the final verdict...IMO lot more risk on the Twitter side...Musk either has a company he can re-mold or not...and or not costs a lot less...
