That's one bill I would bet is only good to use in the campaign.  Even if it passed the house the senate would never take it up. And Trump won't sign it which leads to cries of racist BLA BLA BLA.   But it would be a great club to bash their brains in with.

“Lisa Murkowski earlier said that you shouldn’t have gotten involved with the Roger Stone case, she said it’s just bad,” a reporter said. “Some Republicans have said they hoped you would learn a lesson from impeachment. What lesson did you learn from impeachment?”

Trump responded, “That the Democrats are crooked, they’ve got a lot of crooked things going, that they’re vicious, that they shouldn’t have brought impeachment and that my poll numbers are 10 points higher because of fake news like NBC, which reports that news very inaccurately, probably more inaccurately than CNN if that’s possible.”

Trump also took a shot at MSNBC, referring to them as “MSDNC,” adding, “I think they are among the dishonest reporters of the news.”

Many years ago, I was co-teaching an adult Sunday school class. Two weeks before the class, the Holy Spirit spoke to me, informing me there would be a major problem within the class. I told 2 people: the pastor, who sort of smirked, and my wife.

I was teaching lessons 1, 3, 5 & 7, the other guy the even classes. 2 lessons in, he started getting nervous – telling me what to do, questioning the classes value, telling me I was intimidating people. Then one Sunday, as I was prepping, he came in early & told me to stop calling on people in class for ANY reason.
I asked him why & then later, at home, checked the rest of the curriculum. Class #6 (his class) was about struggles within church leadership: specifically pornography & adultery – 2 issues he personally struggled with (I knew because he has shared within a men’s group).

So I confronted him – he said it was “purely coincidental” – so I told him in no way, shape or form would I stop engaging folks in class – the curriculum literally called for me to do so. He quit & complained to the pastor. A meeting was called with elders, the pastor & this loser – the upshot of which I was asked to resign from teaching the class – because I had “hurt the dude’s feelings”.

We eventually left that church – stupid is sticky & I walked away from it.

The pastor called & asked what “lesson I had learned.”
My reply was: “Two lessons: From now on it’s my way or the highway AND no more co-teaching because there’s no room for wimps.”

LOL -- he didn’t like my answer.

I know that this is OT and I don't wish to hijack the thread but Pablo's story compels me to share.

My older brother is (was) affilliated with the local Methodist church. He's been attending for 8-9 years. In that period they've transitioned through three pastors. Last year the pastor started highlighting the faggot pride month and allowed the 2 or 3 lesbians in the congregation to make public announcements about local fag events.

Later in the summer they started a "Stole Sunday" observation where they made little rainbow colored stoles available for the congregants. The pastor shrugged off complaints about propriety.

A bunch of long-time congregants met (away from the church) to discuss the abrupt changes within the church and formed a loose organization. In September this group met with the pastor. It was supposed to be a confidential meeting but when they arrived they discovered that the pastor unilaterally invited the fags to join in. The meeting was predictably rancorous and thick with defiance.

Around October the pastor announced that "in good conscience" he could no longer minister to the conservative members of the congregation - since they were haters. My brother's group called on the local administrator (I can't recall the exact title but basically the person supervising the pastor at the local community level) to find out if they had any recourse. Again there was a confidential meeting - after which the administrator went to the pastor and informed him of the details.

So the group left the church. Fully 40% of the congregation stood up and walked away. Included in that group of conservatives were ladies who volunteered for so many of the more social oriented events - cooks and office clerks and decoration helpers. Among the men were the ones - the only ones - who routinely volunteered for maintenance and repair duties. When the church kitchen needed repairs there were three guys who volunteered their labor for free - including my brother. When a storm took down two trees on the grounds they came out and cleared the mess (I volunteered my trailer to cart off the debris and I'm not even a member!).

The ironic thing is that this same pastor let it be known that he wanted to retire and had plans to do so within a year. My brother was an elder and member of two committees. He was summarily discharged and invited out. But not before learning that the 40% that left represented almost 60% of the tithing contributions. It's now February and the Sunday School teacher, the office manager, and the maintenance guy have all been let go. Only the pastor is still on the payroll.

There is no one to do repairs or maintenance since leftists only volunteer for supervisory roles. The church is trying to attract parishioners but they are discovering that perversity is not as alluring as the media would like you to believe. They are drowning in red ink and self pity and it won't be much longer before we read that the church has shuttered its doors.

An establishment that ably served this little town for 80 years is all but dead, and the faithful cast out. Many of those who left had been with the church for 30-40-50 years - it literally is the only church they've ever known and some of them are so shattered that they have withdrawn altogether.

Let's hear it for celebrating perversity!

It's going on down here too. It's a way to try and break up the bible belt.  We all voted as a church to remain in tyact and conservative.  The UMM are breaking up into progressive and conservatives . What will happen is that the progressive churches will fail and the people that leave will find other conservatives to join up with.

Vox Day has written extensively on this.  The trick is is to nip it in the bud, hard, at the first signs, else your church will turn.

This is a biased RedStar article that hides the hideous nature of the succubus and her minions that took over our family church and put authentic Christians into exile...twists the exiles into antagonists when all they did was leave in peace and conduct their worship apart from the campus they once loved and did not harass or obstruct any of the apostates left behind...and who merely had to wait for the inevitable collapse...

...like 'Soup says "perversity is not as alluring as the media would like you to believe" and so, it collapsed...the true believers returned and people learned a valuable lesson what to never ever allow!

SJW is more destructive than a plague of locusts!

So yeah, nip it early, nip it hard!

What wasn't in that article were the terms LGBT or Gay or Openly Gay which I would bet my life on was at the root of it all. The mistress d9id a masterful job of NOT saying it.

That article is from 2016. I hope the church has recovered since then.

Vox Day wrote about the church in his book SJWs Always Double Down.
At least I think it is that book, not the first one in the series.

Precisely.  Once the women are in control, the homosexuals come next.
