I think it's funny that his pals in the Democrat leadership are actively working to wall up the door to his office by telling his staff to look for work elsewhere. They must think that they can get him to quit if they make life really sucky for him. Again, I don't think he will.

Now here's something that I hadn't considered but it's certainly worthy of consideration:

I also remember reading somewhere that Weiner's leave of absence might, just might not be strictly legal. There is a procedure for getting a leave of absence from the House but it involves going to the floor and requesting it. Since Weiner will be in sex rehab on Monday morning he won't be there to ask for the leave of absence. Which means...what? I don't think anyone knows.

I don't know if someone already posted the link to the TMZ page where the latest photos are published. But...as long as we are covering all of the bases here it is.

One of the pics has Weiner completely naked except for a towel that he is holding just in front of his weenie. In each pic he is snapping a shot of himself in a mirror with his Blackberry.

All you can say is, "What a dork."

This is the kind of weird ass behavior that would lead me to believe that he did (does) all kinds of strange sh*t. I would wager that at some point he was probably dressing in Huma's clothes...or that he has a secret wardrobe of latex clothing...or a bizarre collection of sex toys. Maybe he's a toe sucker like Dick Morris. As was said before he held his confessional presser, "Where there's smoke there's fire" and I have to believe there is more to this very creepy guy than some goofy texts and dic pics on Twitter and Facebook.

I don't think that the Republicans could imagine, much less custom order, a more time consuming, narrative swallowing, embarrassing fiasco for the Democrats if they had tried. Yet another validation of the old saying about truth being stranger than fiction.

In the beginning, I thought the leg shaving was the strangest part in the Weiner Saga. I had commented before that I was surprised that the pic showed a guy who apparently shaved his legs. There are legit reasons for power body builders, competitive cyclists and swimmers to shave their legs. For cyclists, road rash from a crash is easier to deal with. Swimmers believe they are more aerodynamic without hair. Body builders want to show off rippled quads and calves. But honestly, a 46 year old Congressman? His obsession with his image in a mirror leads me to one conclusion:
