...and the military can stay tight-lipped over any operation and not be nefarious...

...and while the cloud explanation if meteor created makes sense and would be a good reason to scrub a launch if there is a concern about more...there is so much crap floating around up there that humans put there, and enough from outer space...in tandem I am amazed there isn't more falling into the atmosphere and impacting satellites and the ISP.
