HS Students caught trading 'N-word passes'

Staff at Winston Churchill High School caught at number of students exchanging “N-word passes” during the lunch hour Friday.    Of course the response from the school is what you expect.

I think the passes are pretty funny actually.  I am guessing this HS has loads of passes for various things.   So it's a commentary on a modern HS more then anything else.   Ironically the word doesn't actually appear on the "pass".

What race is this racist against?  Where's the assumption on that pass that any race is less qualified for life than any other race.
