Cool, thanks..I'll have to check it out.

I personally might have to pass on powdered eggs, had some last year...they gave me "issues"...would need Beano to counteract! :PRe: Food/Food Storage

Pandora: "I'm interested in the powdered eggs."

Never been in the stump-jumpin', bullet-stoppin' Army, have ya?

<chuckle>

Powdered eggs are a bad joke played by Satanic mess hall cooks in the bush.

Nope; never been Army. I wasn't thinking of eating them plain, but inclusion in recipes where eggs are a necessity, like good cornbread.

And nope; not Mormon. Rocketman, how much food do you have on hand in between grocery store trips? How long can you feed your wife, yourself and the doggies, and maybe your granddaughter, if necessary?

Just doing what our grandparents, and their parents, used to do as far as well-stocked pantries and root cellars, and I have no room for chickens and other critters., so alternate methods must be utilized.Re: Food/Food Storage

Yeah, sing it, babe.

'Cept if you have to subsist on that, and feed it to kids, for any length of time, you won't want to live. ;)Re: Food/Food Storage

Got Plenty.

No worries here.

Tuna, canned chili, beans, soups, etc.
