Good article. I remember something kinda related. Dubuque IA had public housing. They gave priority to city dwellers, then county, then state. The Obama admin sued, saying that was racist. They forced them to accept blacks with vouchers from Chicago IL, three hours drive to the East. The city caved rather than litigate to death.

Need to do it here in NJ but it will never happen. Seems there are only four counties not getting any $$ given by the feds to disperse for assistance. All four run by Republicans

This isn't the $1200 checks but $ allotted to each state to allocate how they see fit to the counties for supplies, unemployment ect.
