...step in the right direction...but I wonder if too little too late to counter Chi-Com expansion?

And if Trump goes...the military will be gutted yet again and turned into a queer prom...and another bout of that will prove fatal.

Nothing to do with the sea but I just read the most disgusting article in NewsMax about a 100% proof positive system(civilian) to identify IED material and the Army has been fiddle fooooking around to get their system approved for almost a DECADE!  ::angry::
