I have to admit, that is a catchy tag.  Had to be GP not CNN coming up with these.

Better than a "Floating Chernobyl"...the latter just does not flow as nice...even "Floating Fukashima" would be better.

Anywho...not sure the danger is all that real, not for what the Eco-Terrorists fear anyway, Arctic can be rough and tumble...but the bigger danger to me is mechanical failure or a leak...or a terrorist action.  Regardless of the dangers, nothing is going to stop Russia from exploiting the hell out of Arctic resources.
