The "you better watch what you say, you'll regret it" crap is a bit chilling and reminiscent of both Communist & National Socialism's hatred of free thought, free expression and free speech.
It is hard to point to any one statement he has made as a clear "ah ha" identification of core beliefs because when you gather them all and look at them he is literally all over the place. Certainly a man of his age and experience have a grip on what drives him...and perhaps it is expressing his beliefs he struggles with logistically.
If I had to hazard a guess, I think he may be a bit overly jaundiced, whatever happened to him caused him to see the world as largely unchangeable in terms of The State, The Institutions, The Globalists and The People...his admonishments to my ear have an undertone of resignation to them, like the battle we and for the most part President Trump have been waging against the DeepState and its plethora of parasites in most all political parties is futile, that the mess we have now is the best it can be...and all the while he is unconcerned with the mess being made worse if hardcore statists become more dominant and unchecked. I find this capitulation horrifying...and cowardly! Never surrender, never give up, never stop fighting! I cannot think of throwing in the towel, but this guy seems to have done it quite casually.
He is lost, he is not to be trusted.
