I saw the replay and freeze frame while channel surfing yesterday...two strikes...the one taking the pine tree roasted that sucker...and 4 of the people hurt by pine splinters...reports say 6 but I heard 2 people were in a cart and the percussion wave knocked them out of the cart.  None of the injuries life threatening.  I've been within 30 yards of strikes several times, one just half that distance away...it is definitely a "holy shyt" experience.

on the course in a ligntening storm?"

Travion replied:  "That's easy, a 1 iron, even God can't hit a 1 iron"
