VoxDay commenters wrote that some sites were not available/funky for them as well.  I checked one site in particular and it seems to be okay now (if I checked the correct site).

Yeah, all OK now. Breitbart, Covertconservatives and a few others I go to even Drudge were not available

I read there was a Level 3 outage that affected a bunch of traffic.  Level 3 is owned by CenturyLink.  I read elsewhere it only affected CenturyLink customers, of which I am one.  It sucked for me from the time I got up until about 9:30.
