All well and good, but that mental health deal is a massive breech the socialists like to exploit to deny ownership on the thinnest of grounds...and it never seems to be applied fairly with respect to their woke protected peoples who do all the mass killings...

And these "other" exclusions are rife with abuse too...like domestic abuse...I bet there is no distinction for clearly abusive physical harm...

And to be truly "Constitutional" there should be no form of presumed guilty/prove yourself innocent qualifying or registration of any kind...
