The money itself is programmable. Beijing has tested expiration dates to encourage users to spend it quickly, for times when the economy needs a jump start.

 

Sure, get out of START, avoid the US and the Dollar...but it also means forgoing trade...who else if going to buy your cheap slave-labor products?  And it will force America to be more self-reliant, which isn't a bad thing...as long as America rejects the Communist model...otherwise they would just be changing slave owners...
