From a sniff test point of view I agree these cannot be peer-related hypersonic drones...if it was there is no way the REMF's in the Pentagon would miss an opportunity under any Admin (especially this one that is expected to gut it and HomeSec in favor of massive Bolshevik welfare BS) to use the capabilities of a foe as a national security threat fundraiser. That these radical G any-medium high-velocity vehicles are operating in military areas is not indicative of aliens, foes or domestic (DARPA) tests they are not exclusive either...and the latter does make sense to test out on own folks on an impromptu unscripted way for evaluation purposes. Aliens means likely outclassed and screwed if aggressive or hostile in any way...so makes sense you wouldn't want that broadcast...and since aliens like humans come in all varieties from clueless to genius and nice to evil...if aliens why no direct public contact good or ill? Seems unrealistic they'd be mere voyeurs, snatchers, mutilators, probers, joy-riders and crop artists. But who knows, maybe that Federation crap and deals made...or it's Darpa.
