I read all the time and cannot contemplate a life without books.

Me either.

My cousin graduated from college 30 years ago.  He hasn't read a book since then--fiction or nonfiction.  He owns a handful of books but never has read them.  He started two but never finished them.

I read somewhere 80% of books are purchased by women.
