So, if the government (why would they lie?) is warning of cyber attacks on utilities...and if SCADA can only be hacked on-site...

...what really is the government pushing here?  I mean other than more fear (menticide)?

I think the millions of foreign invaders FJB let in or directly flew in pose a lot bigger threat to citizens...which it appears is the same as saying this government is the biggest threat to citizens!
