So copying the American ABNCB (Nee Looking Glass) airborne command post model the bold forward-thinking Russian government is rolling out a couple modified IL-96-400M's to match American EC-135C's?  Er, correction...their in-development/not yet deployed doomsday planes are I guess surpassing the American's because they do not even mention the EC-135C's...
