Like all traitors to American principles...their aim is to end-run the Constitution...but it is still in conflict with The Law Of The Land and the spirit of The Founders intent anyone can read in things like the Federalist and Anti-Federalist letters...so yeah...no mere mortal can take what is bestowed to us!!!  And if they try, they die.
