Oil driven by supply (producers) and demand (consumers)...and big producers can determine how much they provide the world market...and demand is driven by commercial industrial demand that is driven by end user demands...

Refining is an intermediate step in the distillates production - gas, diesel, kerosene et al...and government bureaucrats and treasonous gutless politicians and flat-out traitors have refused to allow a new refinery and upgrades to increase capacity SINCE 1977!!!!

And distribution costs (rising, thanks to GreeNazi BS & inflation!) are in a horse race with Taxes and the consumer is last in line and government does nothing to eliminate the suffering they initiated...

If they did, they would end backfiring sanctions, force a brokered end toe the Ukraine mess, suspend taxes, end the ESG bullsh*t and rollback all punitive energy edicts and restrictions and use our domestic resources fully and upgrade refinery capacity and build new refineries in other areas so the gulf region in hurricane alley can be mitigated...and resume America First industrial policies for legit national security reasons...

Well, we know this demented dickhead won't do that...he only takes orders from Chairman Oblowya directly or through his diaper-changers...
