Nice, appears I am a bit off in my own arrangements...
Also, for those who experience that thing called winter...kind creates new priorities...and bulk!

If they are light on the ammo...probably still close to 95-100lbs I bet...
Me, I can skip some stuff, like shaving...I've given up hair cuts too...all I need is a brush and anything that can serve as a scrunchy...toiletries too a luxury, disinfectants etc not...clothes would be very limited too...my ammo requirements alone would break my back...not counting stuff carrying on you elsewhere...
And like I said, winter here drives other necessities lower in priority...
One cannot expect to have all that is needed and be expect to tote it...there will be compromises...
Means one has to spread some eggs out...pre-position some caches where possible/practical...
Means not everybody is going to be able to grunt it...

Ever see the movie Wild, with Reese Witherspoon?
I recommend it.
The first backpacking scene is accurate.
She never saw the gear before putting it in her pack in making the movie, so her unfamiliarity was real.
Same with the tent.
She over packed and could barely lift it.
IRL the author bought the gear at REI, likely Roseville.
I still have the Danner boots she wore, but a few years older.
Danner brought out the old designs and made 6 pairs for her for the movie.
