It needs to be challenged.  I doubt the courts will act against it, however.

If anything the sheer volume of cases will make it so they can't ignore it...they will be forced to address it directly one way or another...either by putting it on their docket...or by letting a lower court decision stand...either way they will have declared their position...

A formality to be sure...but preludes to great events in history have always had lots of formalities...

Something about women "republicans" in Iowa that are all for this.  First my Senator and now both Eastern Iowa Representatives.  Fewer and fewer boxes I'm going to be checking on my next election ballot.
