McCarthy & Leadership wanted an impeachment vote tabled, Boebert sought to end run them with a privileged resolution...leadership crapped their pants and so the Rules Committee met last night to propose a vote instead on (H.Res.529) referring the matter of impeachment (H.Res.503) to the Judiciary & Homeland Security Committees (not entirely bad as more incriminating evidence can be added of which there is a veritable crapload...but I fear leadership may want this to die in one or both committees...or split decisions) passed today 219-208 (party line).
