All I can say is, "What a dumbass."
If you are
a) rich enough to pony up a $100,000 buy in without having to think about it and,
b) a good enough player that you win consistently then,
what on earth are you doing hosting a private ultra high stakes game that is absolutely, positively guaranteed to draw the attention of the feds?
This is the very definition of being too smart by half.
Seriously, you are so good at the game that you are clearing big bucks but that's not good enough. No. You have to cheat the feds (and the casinos) out of their cut by hosting a private game. And then a sore loser (in this case his clients) drops the hammer and you are truly boned.
Stupid.
Hollywood.
Actors.
And it's even worse if you are Matt Damon and get named in the story as the private game's biggest sucker.
