I learned that human feedback was used to train the ChatGPT as to what was OK and not OK to say. This was from humans in SF. That is the reason for the woke bias of ChatGPT. It has the woke bias of San Fransisco.
He fears AI bots acting as super influencers on social media. Sway elections. They can improve themselves using rates of likes vs dislikes etc. He proposes laws to require non human bots be labelled as such.
He started OpenAI with open code. He said he took his eye off the ball and it went private is partners with Microsoft. So now there is just Google and OpenAI.
He says Twitter is now valued at half what he paid.
