Private funding has run out...

Private funding has run out?  How can that be?
Aren't the libs ponying up for one of their favorite causes?  I mean it's for women's healthcare!
I recall a spokesman for PP in Indiana braying that donations were pouring in when Daniels cut them off.

Easy, show up at the ER for your medical care like all the illegals do, non-profit hospitals are barred by law to deny care, they just won't be able to kill their babies.  Leaves a lot of money/food stamps for booze, drugs & ciggies.

Until all socialist programs are ended, there will always be fraud and corruption in the system and boneheaded policies taxpayers are forced to fund!  And getting the parasites to change their behavior will never happen if the gravey train keeps chugging along...
