Facts are stubborn things...and good and wise man said that long ago at our genesis...

Ignoring the law of the land and allowing states to be invaded by military aged males from every Hellhole across the globe as well as the unrelenting human trafficking and lethal drugs...can and should trigger treason charges, trials and convictions...and upon conviction of treason the price can include capital punishments, as it has in past instances...

John stated his opinion and preferred outcome...there is no threat involved...and much much worse posing a clear desire for lethal physical harm was directed at President Trump and not one ever got jail time, fines, probation or restrictions...

This news is like the lawfare BS...totalitarian propaganda to prop up a bogus narrative and continue persecuting innocent political opponents...

AKA - banana republic crap...
We are now where The Founders were when they faced despotism.

Penalty: Under U.S. Code Title 18, the penalty is death, or not less than five years' imprisonment (with a minimum fine of $10,000, if not sentenced to death). Any person convicted of treason against the United States also forfeits the right to hold public office in the United States.

Maybe hanging might not be technically correct, but I see no problem with the rest of the tweet.
