Not here, but low 40's should be rolling in...I'll take the lower propane cost...

My sump pump is in full spring mode as we just melted away a foot of very wet, heavy snow.  Nothing but 40s and 50s for the next week.

Libertas:
Must have some clay in the dirt around the foundation, eh?  Been there before...not fun if pump has issues...
