People need to refamiliarize themselves wit the term "fodder"...when you have socially engineered people to the point where non-military mission things overtake the military mission you basically have one shot and then you're spent...all the best and brightest are getting out or being forced out...this degrades everything from front-line to rear echelon...even the special forces are beginning to suffer and when they turn to crap you got button pushers until no more buttons active anything...
