Not "becoming" fricken "IS"!

And it is not just rote learning, it is learning, period!  And it is dependent upon union teachers beholden to left-wing agendas of no moron left behind, no wrong answers and a plethora of woke BS!

Only way it gets corrected is by breaking unions, eliminating federal funds and the only mandate being actual quantifiable positive results.
