Oh my seems like so many months have gone by since the last crash/derailment...I almost started having confidence in them again...

BNSF Railroad was bought by Warren Buffett about the time the Obama administration said we would no longer be accepting the low grade tar sands oil coming from Canada. 
BNSF now ships the oil to the west coast to be shipped to China.  Funny how it all worked out,  now isn't it?

(I think I'm right on this.  Maybe it was Canada's "dirty coal" but I think it was their tar sands oil.  Either way,  it all looked rather suspicious to me at the time.)

Yes Plus I recall that some Canadian province on their west coast refused to allow oil transport through their ports to China.
When the law becomes a ruse, lawlessness becomes legitimate. -unknown
