Economic outlook?
« on: July 01, 2011, 07:01:19 AM »
Trends are depressing...

http://www.zerohedge.com/article/where-recovery?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+zerohedge%2Ffeed+%28zero+hedge+-+on+a+long+enough+timeline%2C+the+survival+rate+for+everyone+drops+to+zero%29

...and given the proclivities of Bernanke, Geithner & Obama they are not likely to improve.  But let these Three Stooges continue to be baffled, clueless and filled with divisive rhetoric (respectively) and exit their offices in complete and utter disgrace.
We are now where The Founders were when they faced despotism.

After the Jimmah Carter fiasco, I fail to see how ANYONE can be surprised with this bullsh!t.

Anybody under 30 not sufficiently educated to know better likely has no clue, and those over 30 who should know better but don't should be embarrassed and banned from voting.

I heard something on the radio, forget where, where a caller wanted to eliminate all taxation save a national property tax...if you didn't pay any tax, you don't get to vote, period.

Kinda like that idea, no skin in the game, no voice!  Certainly would have a built in bias towards responsible republican government, being accountable to those with the most to lose if you screw with them too much!

But of course such a mediating measure on the undesirable side effects of democracy will never pass as long as demonrats walk among us...

Been saying that for years, glad somebody in the media thought of it.
