Hey Barry!

House passes Cut-Cap-and-Balance.  Calling Obama's bluff the House of Representatives voted to for a constitutional amendment to balance the budget and to cut spending by six trillion dollars.  The vote was 234-194, looks like some Dems voted for it too.

Smoke was seen coming from the White House but no one would comment whether it was cigarette or steam.\

Boehner's already gone on record as saying Mitch's plan is worth a look.

He also participated in that budget deal that cut, what, 350 mill (not bill.)
