Protesters appeared to have a more sweeping agenda on their minds. Reading the article, and keeping in mind it's the AP, it appears nothing will make these people happy until everything want is considered a right and given to them.

They had a couple of then on FOX and they simply said that it's very hard to get ahead in Israel but they had nothing against the capitalistic system,which is a little confusing when you try to square the demands and the statements.
