Chris Wallace is definitely the attack dog tonight, now going after Romney. Lots of talk about how great he is in the public and private sector but so far he hasn't had to defend RomneyCare. It will be interesting to see how he handles that when the question comes.

If the media doesn't challenge him then one of the other candidates needs to do it.

Huntsman huge dodge on illegal immigration. Won't talk about his previous positions until he is elected president and "secures the border." Really, really weak. Can't defend and won't defend his positions on amnesty.

Cain gets a laugh on his first response about immigration...America needs to learn how to take a joke.

Romney denies ever raising taxes. I don't know what RomneyCare was if not a tax increase.

Pawlenty on raising taxes. Claims that he didn't raise any either. Says a cigarette fee isn't a tax. Hard sell. Slams BO as missing in action but it isn't enough.

Now they go after Bachmann on the same cigarette fee. Explains her vote with pro life vote. Not a bad answer. Pawlenty gets to respond...attempts to slam her...and it doesn't go well. Bachmann hits back and claims standing on her convictions. Beats Pawlenty over the head with it. Pawlenty says she is now illogical. This is getting ugly but Bachmann is getting the best of it.

Santorum finally gets a second question...makes a joke about it...gets a question about the ratio of spending cuts to tax increases. he knows this topic very well and gives a great answer. Problem is spending. Sympathizes with Bachmann on her pro life stand versus a tax increase.

Tax increases are not negotiable with Santorum. Stands firm.
