Why is stupid stuff about a panda such a big deal that The Regime feels it must redact panda references?

The only thing that makes any sense at all is that it makes Duh Wun look even more foolish than usual when he was panda(ing) the ChiCom's.

This is what State considered so important as to involve the guy whose touch on anything brings its rapid demise?  It's only through God's good Graces the bear didn't expire suddenly, making the issue moot.

All these people have too much time on their hands and no notion of priority.

Send the frickin panda to China and be done with it!

Seriously, why kill the panda?  Some enterprising patriot can just scoop up some of those lousy Delta Smelt, the ones the environazis are using to turn California into a dustbowl, and send them to China instead; "we think you stink like dead, rotten bait!"
