Union Violence, again
« on: August 16, 2011, 09:37:53 PM »

[blockquote]
Quote
This is a developing story as police are still investigating the shooting of a non-union business owner, John King, by what appears to be a union assailant.
...
This doesn’t include the incidents of stalking he and his men have to go through while they’re working.

In one incident earlier this year, rocks were thrown through the front windows of his shop, one of which had the word “kill” written on it.
...
Last Wednesday, however, the attacks on Mr. King became much more serious when he was awakened late in the evening at his home in Monroe County, Michigan and saw that the motion lights in his driveway had come on.  ...

The effort will now be made to disassociate the violence from the motive. You watch.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

I'm sure the unionized police will be very diligent in evidence gathering and chain of custody won't they? It would be a shame if the guilty were not identified or allowed to otherwise escape justice due to a procedural error wouldn't it?

Is it stretching things to think that a unionized police department would be dragging their feet, finding the perp in this case?

These are not my countrymen.  I have no shared experience with these pieces of leftist garbage.
