Improved product quality and uniformity should be their first step to improving sales. When they get that squared away the money they spend on advertising will gain them returns.
I have to admit, though, that the Burger King "King" was pretty creepy. Kinda makes you wonder who in marketing was dropping acid when they dreamed that one up. In fact, it's sort of hard to imagine how you could come up with a creepier mascot.

Just about everyone, including McDonalds, will custom prepare and order now.The flame broiled thing, as noted above, is about their only exclusive these days. And as much as I do like that it isn't enough.CO is right about product quality and uniformity. I would add to that cleanliness inside and outside. It really is just that simple.
