Hiding the high price of clothes
« on: August 20, 2011, 12:21:48 PM »
the price of clothing goes up and retailers are hiding the increases or at least trying to

this is why I sew and stockpiled fabric   :)

and why I mend clothes and why i don't get rid of stuff   :)

$80 for jeans?   ::facepalm::

Haven't dragged out my ex's sewing machine but I don't throw cloth away.  I will stitch up favorites, save all the buttons, pockets, and belt loop straps; the balance can serve a multitude of needs.
