And yet...

...we will be asked to believe a nonsense line like that very, very soon.

I am anticipating a presser from Martha's Vineyard by tomorrow perhaps.

After golf, of course.
In a doomsday scenario, hippies will be among the first casualties. So not everything about doomsday will be bad.

I blew by CNN earlier and some bimbo was just beaming ear to ear, gushing about how Obama did this and Assad is next. Is it possible that these people really believe this stuff?
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

Yup....and we're only mere moments away from the scumbags crowing, "See, now this is how you conduct a war "kinetic humanitarian action"...  ::devil::

Ah, you just wait oh ye of little faith...

We shall be serenaded by the fawning media acolytes intent on boosting that fragile Presidential approval number up into the stratospheric low forties. Will there be a bump from this? Of course there will. As long as there are fish in the sea and gullible Democrat (and independent) rubes out there in the land of the glass teat we shall see a bump. It may be an engineered bump but it will be a bump nonetheless.

And it will last in an indirect relationship to how many times BO sez "I" in his inevitable presser in which he crows about his brave decisions and drones on and on about his wonderfulness. I can hardly wait.

Predictable as morning daylight. Set your watch by it. It's coming.

Think I'll sleep in.

I just wish in this case it was a little more immediate...

I heard Mark Steyn on the radio today say, "From the halls of Martha's Vineyard to the shores of Tripoli".

Let's see...

We've pissed away $1B so far supporting a police action without goal (other than some nebulous changey thingy that keeps getting recycled for whatever occasion) and Daffy is still around, the country is in ruins and is set to be taken over by the Muslim Brotherhood and who knows whatever other Musslim trash...

So apparently Stymie is supporting a more violent faction's rise to power all on our dime.  It's like Stymie is backing the sacking of the Berber's all over again.

And our warriors and we get to sleep blissfully knowing that in the end, the Libyan people will be fully protected under Sharia Law!

Now doesn't that just warm your cockles?

Radio today said we've flown over 250 sorties in the past couple of weeks "holding Qaddafi off until the "rebels" organized themselves and flown a total of over 5,000.
