We need to return fire with some rhetorical incitement of our own.  All we need to do is tell the truth about them in a loud and pugnacious manner and see them "throw the first punch".  I'm sick of listening to their threats.

Another bit of coarse rhetoric, they are practicing for their confrontation with Putin.
They have no intent to commit an assault.  They are a very defensive lot.
