New Feature Illustrates Supercommittee's Campaign Cash Connections

Quote
As the Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction meets for the first time today, the Center for Responsive Politics is unveiling new tools to help you investigate the money behind the 12 lawmakers on the new panel, which is tasked with cutting $1.5 trillion from the national debt. The six Democrats and six Republicans who are serving on the supercommittee bring with them longstanding relationships and connections to special interest groups that will be deeply affected by the decisions they make.

The so called "Supercommitee," makes me violently sick to my stomach. There is no way Republicans will win, place, or show in this. Democrats have already won, and John Boehner is not Speaker Of The House material!

It was a mistake to cut the deal in the first place, and this so-called Super Committee would have been more accurately called the Save President Obama's Ass Committee if the son of bitches had any honesty!  It's sole purpose is to give SCoaMF an avenue to a) force tax increases and phony spending cuts that don't kick in till long after (hopefully soon) he is gone and b) necessary cover to once more blame other people for his mess.

Repub's should tell the Dem's to burn in hell and any recommendation coming out of this should be DOA.
We are now where The Founders were when they faced despotism.
