I think at a certain point a doofus like him takes pride in his  doofyness.

Any attention is better than no attention.

I actually heard a news report the other day that a man was in custody after jumping the fence at the White House . I was hoping it was Stymie trying to get out but apparently it was different delusional person trying to get in .
